10. Pricing and Content Information

Errors in pricing and availability of products will be corrected where discovered, and NORTHERN PRIDE COLLECTIONS reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, NORTHERN PRIDE COLLECTIONS will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.
11. Promotions
Promotions are: Sales, Deals, Kits, Gift Sets, Coupons and Discount Codes. We may introduce other price-reducing incentives intermittently, which will also fall under these terms and conditions.
Only one promotion can be applied to each product purchased from the website.
Expiration date. All promotions have an expiration date and time. You must place your order before the expiration date / time. We do not guarantee promotions after the expiration date.
12. Inventory information
We do not keep all merchandise in inventory, in our warehouses. We cannot guarantee that a product listed as "In Stock" will actually ship right away, as inventory can change significantly from day to day. In rare cases, a product may be in stock when you place your order, and sold out by the time your order is processed. If any selected merchandise is temporarily out of stock, your credit card will not be charged until the merchandise is shipped to you. Please note: Any items not in stock when you place your order will be shipped immediately when received from the manufacturer at no additional cost.
13. Back-orders (Out-Of-Stock Items)
Back-ordered merchandise includes items that are not currently in stock. In most cases, these items are on order from the manufacturers. When we receive the product, we notify you by email and ship it to you promptly. Back-ordered products usually come into stock within one to four weeks but can occasionally take longer. If your order is not ready to ship within 30 days, we will send you an update by email. If, for any reason, we determine that a back-ordered item will no longer be available, we will notify you immediately by email, cancel the item from your order and delete the item from our catalog. Note: we never charge your credit card until the item ships; therefore, no adjustment will need to be made to your credit card upon order cancellation. If payment was made by check or money order, your credit will be placed in your EnchantedPleasures.com account and will be automatically applied to your next order.
