Due to the personal nature of our products, we can NOT accept returns, since we have no way of verifying that the product(s) are still new and unused.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS: If you believe your product is defective, please call us at 973-307-0003 or email us at email@example.com within 10 days of receipt, with the subject "Defective Jewelry" and describe the defect as best as possible. CockRingJewelry.com will provide you with information on where and how to ship it back to us or the manufacturer depending on the product. If the product is deemed defective CockRingJewelry.com will allow it to be exchanged for the same product. Please note, defective items must be returned in their original packaging.
If the item is determined to be without a manufacturing defect, your credit card will be charged for the return shipping cost to our company and no refund or exchange will be granted. You will be given the choice of having us dispose of the product or have it shipped back to you. If you opt for us to ship it back to you, we will bill you for the additional shipping costs to reship it.
